Saiu nesta quarta (02/12) os indicados ao 52º Grammy Awards, o maior prêmio da música americana. Nenhuma grande surpresa que Beyoncé tenha sido a maior indicada, concorrendo a 10 grammys. Talvez tenha sido um pouco surpresa que a segunda maior indicada seja a nova diva teen Taylor Swift, com oito no total. As duas, inclusive, vão duelar nas principais categorias! Quem levará a melhor?
Quem vem logo atrás com bom números de indicações também é o Black Eyed Peas, Lady Gaga e Maxwell. Os rockeiros do Kings of Leon tiveram somente três indicações mas o detalhe é que duas delas são para Canção e Gravação do Ano, duas das principais! E dizem que eles tem muita chance! Será? Outro destaque fica por conta da ausência de Green Day e U2 nas categorias principais, coisa que muito crítico de música duvidava. Pelo menos eles duelam nas áreas reservadas ao Rock. Na área reservada a música Gospel, o Third Day sai na frente com três importantes indicações, Mary Mary tem duas e os maiores ganhadores da categoria, o Jars of Clay, tbém concorrem em uma categoria. A banda The Fray tbém foi mt bem, com três indicações, sendo uma na categoria de Melhor Performance de Duo ou Grupo com a linda "Never Say Never".Outros destaques: Linkin Park ("What I've Done") e Nickelback ("Burn It To The Ground") concorrem em MELHOR PERFORMANCE DE HARD ROCK; os agora famosos Death Cab For Cutie foram lembrados em MELHOR ÁLBUM DE MÚSICA
